One Time Fee – Your design has to be digitized. This creates a version of your design that instructs the embroidery machine what to stitch.

1.) Set-up Fee Digitizing 25.00-120.00 depending on the complexity of design. (Email for quote.)
2.) All artwork must be approved before printing.
3.) 3 to 10 day turn around time after artwork is approved.
4.) Rush Charge 50% of total cost anything less than three days.
5.) 100% Payment due upon placing the order.   6.) All specialty embroidery email for price quote.   7.) Hats add 2.00 per hat.
8.) FOR STITCH COUNT ESTIMATES, ART MUST BE SUPPLIED TO QUOTE
9.) We will NOT embroider leather, velvet, mesh, or other non-standard fabric types.
10.) A shipping and handling cost will be applied to any jobs that have to be shipped.

Price Per Item is determined by the number of stitches in your design and the number of items with the same design being embroidered

One Time Fee – This fee is dependent on the number of colors in your design. HTV needs to be created for each color in your design.  This fee usually ranges between $20-$50 for most designs with less than 4 colors.

Price Per Item is determined by the number of colors in the design and the number of pieces with the same design being created for transfer.
